APPROVAL OF THE CONSENT AGENDA:

 

a.

Approval of the Minutes from the Second Public Budget Hearing of September 18, 2024.

Approval of the Minutes from the Regular Town Council Meeting of September 23, 2024. 

 

c.

Consideration of an Annual Employee Holiday Event which will exceed $1,000.

 

d.

Consideration of ratifying the $65,095.28 expenditure associated with change order # 002 to RF Environmental Services, Inc., as it relates to the Water Treatment Plant Resin Replacement and Improvement Project. This change order includes additional sandblasting and spot-coating to the inside of ANION Tank AIX 4-3 ($24,897.55) and Cation Tank IXS 3-1 ($40,197.73).

Consideration of Resolution No. R-12-2024 amending the FY 2023/24 budget in accordance with Budget Resolution No. R-06-2023.

MISCELLANEOUS:

 

a.

Consideration for the purchase and maintenance of an IBM Power 10 server and associated equipment from Clover Systems of Orlando, Inc. through the use of a piggyback agreement from the National Cooperative Purchasing Alliance (NCPA)/Omnia.

 

b.

Consideration of CSA No. 2024-05 with Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. authorizing engineering services in the amount of $25,000 for the Maddock Park Dog Park Shelter Project.

 

c.

Consideration of authorizing the purchase of three (3) 2025 Ford Police Interceptor Utility vehicles from Alan Jay Fleet Sales in the amount of $138,585.

 

d.

Consideration of authorizing the purchase of one (1) 2025 Ford Explorer Active RWD vehicle from Alan Jay Fleet Sales in the amount of $42,291.

 

e.

Consideration of authorizing the purchase of one (1) 2022 Ford Explorer (SUV) from Enterprise Fleet Management, Inc. in the amount of $28,121 for the Police Department.

PROCEDURES FOR PUBLIC PARTICIPATION
Any citizen is entitled to be heard on an official agenda item when the Town Council calls for public comment OR any matter not on the agenda under the “Public Comments” section. Citizens desiring to address the Town Council shall step up to the microphone at the podium, state their name and address in an audible voice for the record, and, unless the Chair grants additional time, shall limit their address to three (3) minutes. Citizens who wish to address the Council MUST complete a blue public comment card and present it to the Town Clerk before the item is discussed and wait for the Mayor to announce when it is their turn to speak. Likewise, if the public wishes to speak on a matter on the consent agenda, they must complete a blue card and present it to the Town Clerk before the start of the meeting.
